My Role Model

Candice Wiggins is the most Beautiful person I have ever met. Inside and out she continues to amaze everyone around her, always with a positive attitude and a smile. You would never know that she had a rough past, with the loss of her father at a young age. I also lost my father at a young age but that is not the only reason I think she is amazing, it is that and so much more. If I could be like anyone I would want to be like Candice Wiggins. Best Birthday EVER!

So this last whole week has really been my birthday, because I spent my actual birthday doing things for other people. Which I am totally okay with :) because LOGAN HENDERSON from BIG TIME RUSH WISHED ME A HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Wanna see??? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SSSWS38GJeI WATCH IT! We are getting married NBD. actually... BIG DEAL VERY BIG DEAL! I also got to shake his hand which you can see in the video :) <3 true love... hahahaha! That same encounter Kendall waved to me :D Then yesterday I went to a lynx game (new obsession. LEGIT I am OBSESSED) I wore my "Candice's #1 fan" shirt and brought a sign for my favorite player (Candice Wiggins) that said "Go CandICE" and "it's my birthday" on the back side. She wished me a Happy Birthday and gave me a thumbs up during the game. Then at the end (I was holding my birthday poster) Taj (another player) was talking to Candice and pointing at me. Then after the team got together for their "lynx win" picture Candice and Taj came RUNNING over to us and they were like "come down here we want you to dance with us!!!" AHHHH!!!!! So we jumped down there and got to dance to "jump on it" on the court with Candice, Maya Moore, Charde Houston, and Prowl (the mascot) IT WAS AMAZING! Candice was totally psyched to have us down there in the middle of the dance she tapped me on the shoulder and with the BIGGEST smile on her face showed me her signature dance move. Then at the end of the song she gave me the BIGGEST hug and wished me a happy birthday again! I seriously love her! She is an AMAZING role model and so fan friendly! I challenge you to look her up and read her life story. She is such an inspiration that everyone should look up to her. All three times I have met her this month she has been the most friendly person in the world. If I could be like anyone I would want to be like Candice Wiggins. I am so glad I got to share these moments with friends. Everyone I was with got something exciting out of the experiences and that makes me so happy I got to share each fortunate moment with others. That is the best birthday present of all. (Other than the whole Logan thing haha jk) I am now 17 and am sad that my 16th (or 17th depends on how you look at it) year of life is over because it was by far the best one yet. But I tell God to keep the good times coming. God bless!

I am going to Huddle's again!

Yay I leave on Saturday :) super fun times. Today I went shopping for dresses and shorts. I got both :) I love Shopping. I also love Big Time Rush. I have had a super busy week i have had a sleepover 5 out of 7 nights parties all over the place and lots of chill time with mah peeps. I like mah peeps. OKAYYY first things first


Prom: it was lots of fun, my date was super nice and fun, but he wasn't super social so tat just made everything more awkward, he was one of those people where you talk to them and they just give you one word answers back, but as the night progressed we got to know each other better. Another fun part of prom was when I took a breathalyzer test!! haha and the police officer who was giving them knew my cousin because she works for the same city as him. So that was fun, I sent her the picture she thought I was funny.

Connor: yeah my friend met Connor. it took her three trips to his "pit" (whatever the hell that is... I think it is just where his team was) but she finally met him. I was right it was super awkward not as awkward as I thought but definitely awkward. whatevs. not my problem lol

Test: my chemistry test! when my teacher handed it back he said the ninja helped but i didn't get any extra points... oh well i still got a B

hello

Many things have been going on in my life, my junior year of high school is almost over. holy shizt. i rarely ever have enough free time to do anything big like hang out with friends. i have just enough free time to not go insane. i have been creepy and stalker-ish about my favorite celebs on twitter. (yeah letting me get one of those was BAD idea lol) i follow big time rush (individually and the band page) the office, hellcats (AMAZING SHOWS) lord voldemort and some other inspirational and cool people that i like. it makes me feel like a HUGE stalker but i am totally fine with that, not a huge shock. but prom is coming up :) and i have an EFFING GORGEOUS dress! yay! and i am actually going on a blind date type thing. long story. but basically my friend is making me go because none of or other friends are going and she didn't want to be surrounded by people she didn't know and i was the most easy going about that type of thing so she "set me up". whatever i have talked to the kid for like three weeks he seems cool. his name is Mikey G. okay well thats what i call him because his name is michael g... something.... so prom should be fun :D ...even though i seem like the desperate friend... another girl was sopposed to be set up too but she is now going away for a robotics competition so no prom for her... and guess who is going to be at that robotics competion???? CONNOR! remember him??? ... idk if i mentioned him by name... i think i did, anyway he is my friend from Catholic Heart Workcamp! he's really funny and i talk about him a lot so now she ACTUALLY gets to meet him!! yay for her! but someone should video tape that because that will be the most awkward conversation ever. i can see it now:
Her: hi i am Sarah's friend she talks about you a lot.
Connor: .......
anyway so while she is off hanging out with Connor i will be on a blind date. yay for awkward situations.
oh and today i had a chemistry test i didn't really understand so i drew pictures on it because i like mylifeisaverage.com and figured i would try that out. i will let you know the results when i get them back. also i hate my photo class it sucks.

Speech

So I joined the speech team this year. I am in the Humorous category, i chose this one because i was told you have to be insane to be in humorous so i decided i would be a perfect fit. :) well my speech is called "Men are Stupid and I Rock" by Laurie Notaro. it is very funny. the main character is stood up on a date and she seeks revenge. My first speech meet went pretty well I was pretty happy with my results i got a 5 94% a 3 94% and a 3 95%. In speech language this means i was ranked 5th (or sixth) for my first round and 3rd for my second and third round. the percentage mark is how well you did the scale goes from 90-100 100% means you were excellent, the percentages are also used as tie breakers (nobody in your room has the same percentage). So for my first speech meet (ever) i was extremely pleased with my results. then yesterday i went to my second speech meet. this time i was memorized. and was very excited to perform. after my three rounds i was very confident that i came out on top, either getting a 1 or a 2 on the first two. the third round i guessed i had gotten a 2 or a 3. then we waited for the list of people going to finals. they put up several categories before mine and i was becoming increasingly more impatient. then (of course!) when they were putting up the humorous list they couldn't get it to go on right!!! so then when they finally let it drop i was kneeling on a stool trying so hard to see, i could only see the title of the category, and then i saw a tall member of my team throw his hand up in the air and scream "YES SARAH!" and then i knew i was in! yay! in finals i did not do as well as before, and my competition was AMAZING. So I walked home with a 6th place ribbon. out of 30 some people I think that ribbon will be framed. :) my scores from that meet were. 1 99% 1 97% and 3 98% (the 3 was because the first and second place speakers were in that room). and my scores from finals were straight 5s (which i deserved). so all in all a wonderful speech meet :D
